Through our Code of Conduct for employees and suppliers as well as a whistleblower scheme with an associated third-party whistleblower function. These policies, which address conflicts of interest, gifts, bribery, anti-corruption and entertainment, guide our day-to-day work and are subject to annual review and board resolutions. The Group CEO monitors compliance with these policies, while subsidiary CEOs are responsible for implementation within their organisations.

The long-term goal is for 100% of the companies within InstallatørGruppen to adopt the governance framework including the whistleblower function.
