InstallerGroup Code of Conduct

Purpose and main principle
The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to create a company culture that promotes integrity, our values, ethical guidelines and the InstallerGroup Group policies. The underlying principle of the Code of Conduct is that we always do the right thing, and if we are unsure, ask people who might know first. The Code of Conduct applies to everyone in the InstallerGroup Group, including all direct and indirect subsidiaries, and we expect all Board members, Executives and Employees to live by it.

Whistleblower policy
If anyone in the InstallerGroup Group becomes aware of circumstances that violate laws, regulations or the Code of Conduct, they are obligated to report this. We encourage employees to make good faith reports of actual or suspected breaches of our Code of Conduct, and no one who in good faith reports a violation shall suffer retaliation from InstallerGroup Group or other employees. In most cases, an employee’s sponsor or the head of a relevant local office is in the best position to address an area of concern. If this reporting channel is deemed inappropriate, employees are encouraged to use the anonymous whistleblowing channel here.

We expect that all employees are familiar with this Code of Conduct and actively promote its content.
