Strategy
InstallatørGruppen was established in Denmark in 2023 with the ambition of building a leading technical installation group based on local entrepreneurship, operational autonomy and long-term partnerships with owner-managers. Following the successful establishment of the platform in Denmark, we expanded into Switzerland in 2024 as part of our strategy to build a scalable platform across selected European technical installation markets.
Our decentralised operating model allows local companies to retain their management, customer relationships and local identity while benefiting from the scale and capabilities of a larger group. This preserves entrepreneurship and operational flexibility while giving companies access to procurement initiatives, sustainability, operational support, competence development and best-practice sharing across the organisation.

M&A remains the core driver of our growth and value creation, centered around profitable, owner-led technical installation companies within Heating and Plumbing, Electrical, Ventilation, Cooling and adjacent disciplines with strong local market positions, stable earnings, strong cash generation and experienced management teams. Our disciplined acquisition strategy is supported by clearly defined investment criteria and attractive acquisition economics, creating a scalable platform for continued consolidation and long-term value creation.
Technical installation markets across Europe remain highly fragmented and characterised by a large number of smaller local and regional operators. This market structure creates attractive opportunities for continued expansion across existing and new geographical markets, with entry into a third market expected in 2027.
